A: These vases are handmade and take approximately 3-4 weeks before shipping.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, there is a 7-day return policy for a full refund after receiving the order. Please return the unused item in the original, double-boxed, and padded shipping materials. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: What should I do if the product arrives damaged or broken?

A: We double-box our vases and package them securely. If your purchase should arrive broken due to shipping, we ask you to please photograph the damaged piece(s) while still boxed, and Hatton Vases will send you a replacement a few weeks later.

Q: Are they dishwasher safe?

A: No. These are art objects. Please rinse with warm water and dish soap for a long life.

Q: Can I assume colors are identical to what is displayed on the website?

A: Hatton Vases embraces the uniqueness of each piece. The color and finish will vary slightly, which is the beauty of hand-made products.
